I thought Shizippinsburgh was going to win everything?
I thought Shizippinsburgh was going to win everything?
Geez, the runners have been getting provisional marks like crazy!
Ships men dominated the meet, they have people with the provisional marks in the 100, 800 ( 3 people) , 1500 (3 people), steeple, 5k, LJ, TJ, hammer ( 2 people), discus, javelin, and 4x4
That's 11 events and 16 different people. One of the best teams in conference history?? It is definitely a very well rounded team.
Thank you, guy from Shippensburg.
Your welcome
Time for some Paul Geltron conversations.
9:17 FTMFW in what 90 degree weather, trainers, and a backpack on
This kid is the future of the conference!!!!
Paul Geltron for PSAC president!!!!
Thanks for the very touching gesture by Bloomsburg and all conference schools at the end of the PSAC meet. The standing ovation was very touching. I know our athletes greatly appreciated all the support over the past 3 months during our #FIGHT. It was great to see the conference athletes and coaches come together to make another statement of support for us.
Thank you all.
Paul geltron had the crowd on their feet and hearts pounding with lust.
Pistol Pete ran train on the PSAC and afterwards made a roar of a lion saying hello I am here to stay!
Paul Geltron aka Pistol Pete aka PSAC President is here to stay!! Watching him methodically pick apart the PSAC's best steeplers today had the crowd on their feet and provided the most dramatic finish on recent PSAC meet history!!
The man, the myth, the legend, Paul Geltron, had his way with the rest of the PSAC steeplers. Then last night, he came home and ate a 16 oz. steak, 3 pounds of honey cured ham and 4 strips of bacon. After his feast, he did a workout at 10:00 pm, 5x1600 over barriers, while wearing his satchel with a 6-pack of Natty Boh in it, he average 4:45.69. This guy is the real deal. He struck fear in the hearts of the rest of his competitors yesterday, from this day on, Paul Geltron will slay every runner that even dares to line up against him. He'll eat 6 italian sausages and two pounds of oven roasted chicken breast (sliced thin) and still drop a 64 on your a** at the end of a 3k steeple. You can't beat him.
-African Americans in Paris
Paul Galtron bedded 30 women last night. He's not going to call a single one back.
Someone peed next to Paul Galtron at the meet and mentioned he was packing. Any truth to this rumor?
-Single and Looking.
Paul Galtron carries the scalps of those bold enough to face him in the steeple in his sling bag.
Stephen Schelander 3:46.63...2 PSACers in the 1500 at Nationals seeded right next to each other, with him and Gillette. This is great for the conference! And Scott Anderson and his great 5k. Good luck to those three and the rest of the conference at Nationals!
Sad news. Ryan Morovec formally of Cal was killed in a motorcycle accident yesterday. Great runner and great guy. Will be missed.
Thoughts and prayers to his family and teammates.
I'm so sorry to hear this, my thoughts and prayers go out to his family, the students he taught, and the Cal program. I had the pleasure of seeing Ryan run and speaking with him on several occasions; great guy and a great competitor.
Thought we would perform a little better than we did as a conference.
Scott Anderson chokes again in the 5k, be hahn just ran like an idiot. pitiful showing for the conference
Of the top 9 finishers 7 were either Adams or Western. The other two were Africans.
Whats the opinion on having NCAAs at altitude? We know training at altitude increases performace at altitude and it may also (not definitely) increase performance at sea level. Is this fair? Maybe, maybe not.
Hahn, although stupid, did provide some life for a very dreadful looking 5k 2:52 first 800 WOW.
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
Des Linden: "The entire sport" has changed since she first started running Boston.
Ryan Eiler, 3rd American man at Boston, almost out of nowhere
Matt Choi was drinking beer halfway through the Boston Marathon
