She will need another 8in to make it to NCAAs in TJ but her LJ is solid for NCAAs and a possible AA. She also has a provo in the 100 hurdles and on her first multi was only 70pts from a provisional.
PSAC's a week away...who ya got?
800 on up
800-Tom Kehl
1500-Matt Gillette
5000m-Scott Anderson
Steeple- Jake Sitler
10000-James Mcbride

And she got beat by Laurie Ajavon from IUP at Penn in the LJ.
First of all, Matt Gillette has run faster than anyone in the conference in a long time, Tom Kehl has been running the fastest consistently all season, anderson ran 14:04-holy sh*t, Sitler has been the most consistent steepler and has the best PR, and Mcbride is a racer who busted up indoors.
Regular season races mean nothing. It comes down to who the best championship racers are. A week to go!
800 - Jewel
1500 - Gillette
3k Steeple - Keller
5k - Anderson
10k - Monroe
All of you are crazy! Zach Flemming is going to blow the pantaloons off the other steeple competitors...even though steeplechase still isn't a real track event. UNLESS you are Nick Hilton...still can't get over his golden looks mmm
