Some pretty good performances from the PSAC despite the windy conditions at Millersville yesterday.

Glad to finally see some chatter about the one and only Philthy Phil comin' straight outta Buffalo, anyone that steps to him is a chump.

By Philthy Phil are you referring to Punxsutawney Phil or Chase Utley?
Good question - but neither. We are referring to Phil Cannata who, in recent weeks, has been observed completing what I will call the 654321 workout. If you know; you know. If you don't know; you should try to find out.
No one cares about some nobody that ship could put 10+ guys in front of in his 800 prime.
Lets move on to the next topic.
Where's Dinzeo at? He hasn't run yet
i see you're trying to get Philthy Phil to let his guard down, it's not going to work however. Although, I'm glad that you recognize that it would take at the very least 10+ Ship guys to take down Philthy Phil.
After the 654321 workout I spotted Philthy Phil doing 10xC*ck Pushup outlasting co*k pushup champion G Money. BAAM! Peanut Butter and JAAAM!
Matt Gillette just ran the fastest time in DII this season (3:46.66) while Scott Anderson was close behind (3:48.80).
The Bucknell meet was a good one for the PSAC. Finally some good times were laid out and the suspense for the conference meet seems to be heating up a bit.
Currently the PSAC is quite competitive in the distance races nationally. The women's 10k is quite deep!

I see Hahn is running the 10K at Mt. SAC.
Edinboro has Anderson in the 5K too.
An unfortunate turn of events put the Edinboro XC team against each other and has resulted in the rise of Bartley Eckel

RIP Boro guys
I predict 29:50 for Hahn and 14:02 for Anderson.
that was absolutely terrible but like a train wreck i couldnt turn away
Is this what the Edinboro guys do during the indoor season?
I'm 12 years old and what the hell was that?
I personally enjoyed it because doing the athlete auction can be a pain, at least they made it fun.

Thought it was pretty good... It doesn't compare to that comedy Shitler made about his freshman year though... Now that was Funny.
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Running for Bowerman Track Club used to be cool now its embarrassing
Rest in Peace Adrian Lehmann - 2:11 Swiss marathoner. Dies of heart attack.
Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
