Well heat sheets provide some suprises
10K- Anderson should run away with it with no real competition with no Monroe or Stetler entered
5k- Gonna be a good one between Hahn, Zondlo, Monroe, Stetler all being fresh if it's strategic Stetler, if it's a fast race Hahn.
1500- Should be Beagle or Gilete since they will be fresh
Steeple- Hilton
5k- SEAN MF STETLER
how does everybody keep forgetting about Sean Stetler BEAST MODE every time conferences approaches? the man always gets it done.
Don't count Wainwright out of the 800.
Steeple is going to be:
1. Hilton in 8:50's
2-8 a bunch of 9:20 and 9:30 guys not even worth talking about (losers)
Just to make sure we're all clear on this:
Men's 2011 PSAC 3000m Steeplechase
1. Nick Hilton - a pristine example of PSAC talent whose steepling prowess is only eclipsed by his supermodel good looks.
Everyone else: GARBAGE. PURE GARBAGE.
THIS JUST IN:
IF YOU DO THE STEEPLECHASE AND YOUR NAME IS NOT NICK HILTON, YOU SUCK. YOU SHOULD JUST QUIT THE SPORT.
So I'm guessing all of you missed the steeple standard.
Also can't count out Eli Weeks and Mike Saparito (indoor champ). The 800 is deep with talent.
Is anyone going to prom this year?
Rumor has it that the missing Shippensburg runner Dillon Gracey may be stepping foot back on the track. A creditable source has claimed that he dropped a 28 second 200 in the past week. Could he be a threat in the upcoming Cross Season, maybe even in the PSAC women's 200?
With such a strong field in the 800 what are your predictions for top 8?

5) Eli Weeks
6) Matt Gillette
7) Joel Flott
8) Victor Costello
Nomination for the worst run meet in 2011 goes to the Rock and the 2011 PSAC outdoor championships.
Never seen a bunch of clowns so fearful of some clouds and a light sprinkle... Makes the entire conference look like a joke.
What happened? Did they postpone stuff, or cancel stuff?
not the sru coaches fault. the games committee was shown the radar info and made the decision to postpone the meet.

Hell of a meet. There were some great races and fast times despite the delays and rain. The 800 was insane this year, and in the 1500 they might as well of been swimming. Great performances across the board for guys and girls. Congrats to the Ship teams
It looks as though the PSAC will be well represented at Nationals yet again with many people making the cut and several sitting in All-American positions. The amount of PSAC athletes in the women's 10k is especially notable. Good luck to all of you who are competing and make the PSAC proud.
