How How many points will ship score in the distance and can they win every distance event from 800 up? The conference is lucky there is no outdoor DMR or 4x800

Steve wainwright needs to stop tweeting and facebooking such arrogant crap. Once he wins a conference title I MAY have a LITTLE tolerance. At this point he should consider himself luckey to qualify for finals at the PIAA meet.
And I fully expect the IUP clan to jump on this and tell me how well hung he is - fact is that girls like winners not wieners. Ain't no point in a footloong if no ones gunna take it down.
all you slippery rock kids that hate on IUP need to get over yourselves. look at you guys, you have a half miler with red hair. enough said ginger spice.
I must say, I am flattered. All this time, I never thought anyone read the stuff I posted.. I am 'luckey' to have such dedicated followers, I suppose. Thanks for paying attention! And I would have loved to make a PIAA final, but I wasn't very good in HS. I guess you haven't been following me TOO closely.
Getting back to actual productive discussion, I do think Ship could take the title in all the distance events. Troxell and Flott look strong in the 8, Gillette is the obvious favorite in the 15, and Beegle has to be the favorite in the 5k. The only issues I foresee are in the steeple - Hilton has to be the favorite there, and in the 10 with Monroe being the favorite
watch out for some huge performances for the 'SAC at Penn tonight....Hilton in the steeple, Hahn, Anderson, and Monroe in the 5k. especially look out for Monroe, that kid is a F**KING ANIMAL. about to get on his Donald Trump shit like Mac Miller. BOOM
sru loves iup.

Wow Jared Long - 52.96 in the 400m Hurdles and Neely winning the 3k. Great job!
I know there were some other good performances.
Ship alum Mary Dell won the steeple in a blazing 10:08, and Zondlo put up a huge time in the 5k, somewhere around 14:18. Impressive!
Since someone opened the door by having their post name be "Trailer Park Boys" .....Trevor-Cory thinks Shipsenbergs is gonna win it all. But wait, there are cats and dogs smarter than Trevor and Cory.

I think that's all the PSAC athletes that ran the in the Distance Carnival last night. Pretty solid day all around.
Hey, quit hating on my main man Shizzy. You're no Cosby sucka! Shizzy is for real. As far as dislike, my bet for you, you'll find it in a mirror.
Okay everyone. PSACs is now right around the corner save for some last chance meets. But as for now, the contenders are pretty much set in stone. Lets start to see the predictions and smack talk for the conference meet.
Men's 5k is going to be a good race, that's all I know.
Should be a good one in the 5k as well as the 800 if everyone shows up in both races.
It's now PSACs week!!! Let's start to hear those predictions and races to watch out for.
I agree with those above and also think that the 1500 is incredibly stacked. It'll be exciting to see how that one plays out.
let's do this!
Men:
800: Jewel, can anyone out kick this kid?
1500: Gillete, kids got wheels
5k: Spence, No seriously I think she could score here if she ran, but I'll take Zondlo, been having a great year so far. Beegle hasn't been that impressive outdoor
10k: Stetler repeats in a battle with Monroe
Steeple: Hilton.. duh
Women:
800: Radabaugh for the win, with Snyder pushing her the whole way
1500, 3k, 5k: Spence, can anyone really beat her?
10k: Anderson
Steeple: Reimer? not too sure about this one.
800- 1.jewel 2. alex smith 3. matt gillette
1500- 1.matt gillette 2. bryan beegle 3. scott anderson
5k- 1.ben hahn 2. sean stetler 3. nathan zondlo
10k- 1.alex monroe 2. sean stetler 3. tim getz
3ksteeple- 1. nick hilton 2. who cares after that, the steeple is just for people that can't cut it in the 15 or 5k.
The steeple does seem to attract people who can't "cut it" in the 15 or 5k, and it does have a relatively easy qualifying time compared to other events. I agree, after Hilton, the quality of the field really drops off.
As far as talented steeple runners you can't count out guys like Beegle (who hasn't run it at all this season but has obviously run fast times in it), Anderson, and Bud. But honestly after those few, the list just DROPS after that. It is true the rest of the field are guys who can't be competitive in other events.
Whens the performance list come out??
