Ship's dominating so far in Day 2. Wins in the Men's (with a 1-2-3 from Gillette, Beegle, and Schelander!) and Women's miles, Women's 60 meter hurdles, Women's 400 meter dash, and Men's shot put!

What a great weekend!!
There were so many impressive performances this weekend, but the one thing that stuck out to me that I wanted to come on here and give a shout out to was the impending stardom of Mike Saparito. The kid had an absolutely nasty anchor leg of the 4x8 then came back the next day and ran away from a good 800 field, winning handily. Shout out to him!
Notes:
-Bryan Beegle is the best distance runner in the conference and in the best shape of his life
-Alex Monroe had a monster weekend and has a bright future ahead of him
-Ship's distance team is so deep it's ridiculous!
Overall, what a weekend. Got me hyped watching all of the great races!
Fun meet, guys. Thanks for everyone for a good/interesting weekend.
Does anyone know if there were any photographers at the meet? I know David Bracetty usually takes the pictures at the meets but I didn't see him around there this weekend.
Also gotta throw a shout out to McBride from Millersville, he really shook things up though the results may not show it.
He made a huge move from about 6th-ish, I'd say to I think even making a brief stay in first before fading a bit. He definitely added a bit of spice to the 5k.
Without a doubt. I don't think anyone had any idea who this kid was until this season. It's great to see someone else step up and get into the mix of things with the big distance schools.

Should not have been a surprise. Andy Young is a fine coach and has had a successful career before he arrived at Millersville. His athlete will be rivaling several of the big schools for years to come.
Coach Young has really had some talented athletes at Ville the past few years. I think he has really stabilized the program and it's good to see him have success.
Congrats to James McBride for stepping up in a big meet.
If we had real officials at these meet and not the Edinboro kids, the Cal "women's" team shenanigans would NEVER fly. Not only do they race dirty, but they are poor sports about it when they do. Oh and girls, making Facebook status' about your cheating is probably not a great idea either. Especially when the team you comment on rips you to pieces every time you race. You're all a joke.
interesting, care to elaborate?

seems pretty self-explanatory to me.
SO what's the scope on Nationals? Who are the hot runner that can bring back the AA honors?
This thread takes a big dump on the Kip Litton thread. 3X longer!
Although our thread is almost 5 years old now.
but thanks, we're flattered people and have an opinion on us at all.
Since running is almost on hold for awhile, let\'s discuss something that hasn\'t been covered in awhile: what team could drink the most??
I feel like the only way to settle this is by getting everyone together and taking 12 people from each team and having a keg race. Any thoughts?
Or let's do something more useful like talking about the All PSAC in womens hotness. Start the list gents...
I'll tell you right now who the number one on my list is, hands down: Tina Yi. I like me a nice old asian. She is culturally diverse and has years of experience, not to mention she runs a nice 10k. I would tear that shit up.
