Not only did ESU take 2nd at the Fordham Invitational at difficult Van Cordtland Park, but there's talk in other threads on the website about the race being 200-300 meters long? If that's true, then their team is actually looking pretty good.

Ok, let's stop talking about ESU now. No one cares except for Esu themselves. Why do you need to get on here and say how good you are?
im not saying that esu is going to win psacs ... they had a good weeekend thats all.
people have to chill
I'm just giving credit where credit is due. What makes you think I'm on ESU's team? Results speak for themselves.
Results speak for themselves? Obviously not if you're on here talking about them.
The course in the Bronx is not hard. No, I'm not just referring to the 5k course, I am talking the 8k course. There is a hill at the end, and some small ones in the beginning, but nothing really.
Bloom has a tougher course than Van Cortlandt or however you spell it. Bloom wasn't that bad, either. Most courses in the PSAC are pretty easy when dry.
Well we will all find out how the course at Mansfield is this weekend. ESU, Millersville, LHU, Bloom, Ship all have it on their schedule. Any other schools going?
I DIDNT GO TO ESU ... I GRADUATED FROM ANOTHER PSAC SCHOOL ... IM TALKING ABOUT ESU BECAUSE THEY RAN THIS WEEKEND. TAKE YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR ASS.
Dude, calm down, everyone knows you go to ESU just quit being a dick.
ME FROM ESU ... NOPE I GRADUATE COLLEGE 3 YEARS AGO FROM SHIP
ME FROM ESU ... NOPE I GRADUATE COLLEGE 3 YEARS AGO FROM SHIP
SO GO F*** YOURSELF FOR CALLING ME A DICK
wow a little uptight, but its not a big deal that weekend is over and Mansfield is the next big meet...there is a 10k and an 6k for the guys, are most teams running the 6k or the 10k? A little early in the season to be running a 10k in my opinion but some coaches probably think otherwise. Plus its only a 2000m loop I think so nothing changes.
No way you are from ship! poser. We only had two seniors that year and you are def not one of them
Rule #14 Do not argue with the trolls - it means they win.

This is not right. The men run 4 loops and the women 3
i am not sure exactly what the loop is meters wise...just taking an educated guess...can anyone from Mansfield enlighten us??
Hello
I thought I would provide information to all you rabid PSAC cross country fans.
Here is a link to our website that has much if not all the information you may need. There will be a charge for parking. The course maps will be up later this afternoon and your coaches have copies now.

I want to personally thank all the coaches and athletes who participated today. It was a really nice day to race and I hope everyone enjoyed the course.
I have to say I was impressed with how competitive and respectful all of the athletes were. The area the race is held is a natural reserve maintained by the Army Corp of Engineers and part of our instructions to athletes and coaches as to try to pick everything up before they left. When our student athletes went out to clean up there was almost nothing to pick up. Really. I can’t thank you enough for your respect for the land and the course. We look forward to the hosting the Regional and seeing the rest of the teams then.
