he probably was trying to run faster...maybe a bad day :/
someone should have told him he was only going to run that 29.45 in cal and he could run it by himself...would have saved him some money!
YOU'RE AN IDIOT.

Hey remember when Clark smoked everybody at conference, regionals, and everyone in the PSAC at xc nationals? Guess what, same thing is going to happen all track season.
Been out of the loop for a while. So Clark has eligibility left this Spring and will be running for Cal?
indoors Clark was \"in the lab wit a pen and a pad\" like Dre hommie. So to answer your question, he is back for his final outdoor season.

I predict a similar outcome in the 5k and 10k to last years psacs... but instead of blood sticking it in weiss, this year it will be clark. the question will be who will be 3-8?
#3-8 will be all Haven and Ship guys again...just like indoor.
Don't forget that Edinboro is going to be thrown into the mix as well now that it's outdoor. They'll likely have several guys in the top 8 for both the 5K and 10K.
Riiiiiight, just like last year when they scored just 3 guys between the 1500, 5k, and 10k.
I doubt if they score more than 3 this year.
Yeah they got some good times now but just like cross they peak too early
yeah plus their gay and wear tight jeans and f*** eachother!
Come on guys, be nice, it's not their fault they are gay.
I have a question for the PSAC folks, why are they the only conference in DII that runs their conference xc champs only one week before regionals? Seems like a big disadvantage, especially by the time nationals rolls around and people have race three times over a 21 day span including two 10ks on the men's side. Just curious.
because they know they will suck at nationals anyways
are east results up anywhere?
Because thats how its always they have always done it. At some point the rules will change....I believe it just has to be voted on.
The real question is why does the conference still hold their east and west "championships"??? ... biggest joke meet ever. The top people hardly ever run their events, and the ones that do, usually run it as a tempo run. Of course I can't speak for the sprinters and throwers, who knows how they view the meet...
Did anyone else see Rohl, one of his guys, and a lock haven guy doing pushups in the middle of the field. What is up with that guy?
The real question is who moves to Orange,VA, gets fat, and continues to post on letsrun. BigBear is the biggest joke teacher ever.
All you can eat ham sammiches!
go fall during your race again...
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
