Still can't believe how fast lockhaven went....
Still can't believe how fast lockhaven went....
LH athletes will easily win the 55, 200, 400, 4 x 400 an be in the running for 3 other victories, and that does not count relays. You are beast.

I do give LH props for showing up this past weekend, but I still feel they are not locked in for the title. Personally, it will be a battle between them and Ship. On paper now I think Haven has a few points on Ship, but its still pretty close. I am excited to see what happens in two weeks.
Yea I agree that the team title is still up for grabs and Ship actually has an edge there. But on the track Lock Haven is by far the best team. If it was just a track meet it would be all over.
I still think they will win all the sprints and a few of the distance and two relays.
HAHAHAHA Strauman is the new shizzy of the PSAC thread!
The fact that he feels the need to publicly state the status of his virginity online proves how insecure he really is.
If you really plan on being a big boy and making "$55,000" a year then I suggest you grow out of diapers
Sean I know some stories...............Boy sometimes I thought you were a farmer because you really knew how to pick out the hogs.....Hogging can be a joke if you do it once or twice, but you did it more than any normal decent looking man should.
Ya got to do what ya got to do.
Yeah, Haven is putting up some big times across the board.. where do they pick up these sprinters at? It seems to me like they picked up a few sick freshman and bred the rest of thier sprinting corps. Good for them though, it's really impressive to see them succeeding with a team so young.
As for the team race, seems to me like Lock Haven has the sprints locked down, Ship and Haven are pretty equal in the distance races, and Ship has the advantage in the field. Should be a really interesting meet that could come down to the distance relays.
Behind Ship and Haven, who is lingering back there for the third and fourth place spots?
BTW, big props to Jen Harpp, Erin Richard, and all the PSAC ladies that tore up the track this weekend. Also gotta give a shout out to Chris Clark and teammate Chuck Kascur- Clark is running as sick as always, and Kascur put up a time at BU that would be tops in the 800 in the conference right now. Pretty impressive, and these are a few guys who will make outdoor interesting. Weiss is putting up big times as usual. What do you think he'll run at PSACS??
And thanks for the congrats, Jorge...also, thanks for coming on here and trying to put an end to all of this ridiculousness.. I tried to end it earlier but nothing seemed to work. Hope to see you soon, man!
IUP used to be known as JAV "U"....rob conrad is gone and i dont see anyone being able to step up to the table and hit the big one....sad, I injected A-Rod in 06, Doesn't Gaudet from IUP look like Forrest Gump in his cross country running stage of the movie aka a homeless man......The Pirates will win the pennant this year.....way to go chris clark!! run fast, stay left!! and by left I mean..Yao Ming! ummmmmmmmmmmmmmm Im never going to give you up, never going to let you down, never going to run around and hurrrrrrt you!
Sean i'm a virgin too I don't count that whale I caught back the other week
Eh, I'm gonna say that IUP will hold up its JavelinU reputation this year.. 3 places a PSACs, 1st being one of them
But I will refrain from discussing that on this site
NVM I will just come out and say it. I am going to take the jav victory by brute whaling force.
IUP also has a freshman from United who won states how many times and threw well over 200.
IUP will have to wait until OUTDOORS to be javelin U. Indoors they will be jumpers U. Don't be surprised if they win two sprint races also. You heard it here first.
Russ please shut up and stop being an idiot and proof read your post before you put it on the internet. Also Im just going to put it out there. You didn't make psacs last year, so just aim to make it and maybe you will place.
Sorry everyone for Russ, a dumb thrower, who doesn't know the difference between running and throwing. Who is running what races at psacs? Is Pat injured or is he red shirting?

You are right about IUP and the jumpers Nafee and Cesar are beast and will win or place high. Coach Spickler did a great job of bringing them in.
Pat is redshirting.
Once again.. That was not me
Russ
indoors, outdoors whateeeever, jumpers, jav whateeeever, the point is sean smells like swiss cheese
Apparently Pat is red shirting indoor and outdoor and running for a school out west next year at graduate school
