Garcia of Mansfield is redshirting both indoor and outdoor track. Cummings is still training, running unattched, and helping Rohl. This will be a rebuilding year for MU distance as the team is really young.

haha Joke of the day!
it didnt say he was running unattached.
Wow, that's a blazing time, Specially for him isn't it?ha Mansfield Sucks...young team....it seems to me...that no matter what year, what decade or what the situation it is...they're always young....and they'll always Suck! You heard it here first.
So I happen to check out this message board after getting an email with Penn State results, I didn\'t even realize indoor was starting back up again. That\'s how out of the \"scene\" I\'ve been with this stuff, and I see this stuff, lol. Why I\'m being discussed on here, what? Months and months after I took an indefinite hiatus from the website and years removed from my LHU career is a mystery, but I guess the PSAC characters of the past are more colorful and fascinating? I never quit or was cut from the LHU team so I don\'t know where that info came from. My career ended with an 8:53 3000 at the Bucknell December meet in 2004, after that meet, a nagging injury became too much and I had to take time off, not recovering in time for indoor PSACs. What McCabe said is true. I try not to brag about achievements, but knew before I was injured, there was definitely some room to improve. I\'m on a break from running, but if I start up again, I feel that I can eventually get back to where I was and start making new PRs for myself. Yeah, I did have a woman that I was pretty serious with, but I broke that off right before New Years. She somehow may find this board, so I won\'t get into details about it. No wedding was ever planned, haha. By the way, I think I\'ve ran faster than 16:30 in the 5k. I also beat a future D3 800 meter All American in that mile road race over the summer and Brad Baird could play a double of Goldust, but he\'s still a cool guy. Sorry that I had to break my silence on here, but fans/haters needed to know of my whereabouts so now you know. I\'ll probably be in ESU for the 2nd day of indoor PSACs, hopefully won\'t get kicked out of that crappy overpriced bar downtown again. Maybe even find a new potential Mrs. Skwierz by then since men in postal uniforms are such a hot commodity these days. Nate Zondlo, keep working! You\'ll do some things for the Haven! McCabe, when I start running again, let\'s do some runs in the Wyoming Valley. Jorge, TP(and everyone else out there I\'m cool with) I miss you guys and hope to see you guys at East Stroud!I love you all on letsrun.comSincerelyJeffrey J. Skwierz
And one more thing, I see the Mansfield sucks talk never stopped.
Quit hating and respect their program.

See you in hell, mother f***er.
How you gonna respect a team that rarely rises above 10th in the conference is track?
AJ johnson ran 8:37 at psu? i guess a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while.
Every blind squirrel gets his nut every now and then.
dirt,
i miss you too man. it has truly been too long. I am out in Seattle right now. I want to give a shout out to current PSAC runners. good luck and kick ass this year. also, past runners, be well and run well. peace.

You know what's weird? All the trash talk about 'lower' teams in the conference usually come from the guys who are average, but on the powerhouse schools. This leads them to think they can talk this filth.
I can recall that (I won't mention where I'm from. I will say that it wasn't one of the big schools. Just understand the point I'm making) when I ran, my teammates and I were dealing with glimpses of success. You know what? When we saw other guys from the conference at PSACs or Regionals, we talked. Sure, race time was business. After that, people got along. We partied together.
My point is, that I think that the guys who have truly had success, don't judge people by their uniform. No matter what school it displays, the real competitor judges the other competitor and not the school.
Yeah, there are some PSAC schools that seem to forever be in the lower rankings. But, there will come a day that they will reach the top. Every dynasty has a down year. Maybe that will be the argument when a non-power wins, but just make sure that you don't whine about it.
At the school we were at, with the true competitors who were there, we didn't look for excuses. We trained smart, and raced the hardest when it counted the most. Believe it or not, we got respect, and gave respect to others.
It sounds like some people on here are bitter about something. Please, keep your whining for your daily phone calls to your mom. So what if you don't like a school? Why is there a need to make it public? Grow up already.
I bet you whined about your facilities and you lack of money every time you were fifth at conference. But keep telling yourself that if you suck FOREVER one day you might not suck. Because really that's beautiful logic. And maybe it fuels some peoples fires to hate. Let them hate away, it's their right to say what they want within reason anyway. Let's be clear some teams in this conference have a good runner every few years, and then there are some schools that traditionally ALWAYS have great runners.
I think the haters have some merit to their comments.
whining, bitching, and hating is never good. no matter how good or slow you are, it is never a good thing.
don't whine, get on your grind JEAH!
You have truly missed the point in your response. What you wrote shows you have a lot of growing up to do. I don't care if you are a world record holder. Your immaturity shines brightly. Please stop, take a second, and think before you type.
Totally right Oberto. You pinned the nail right on my head. I am like what 12 years old? Damn. The internets are serious business.
I agree with shiz. 12 years old? C'mon. He's gotta be 18 at least.
Man I sometimes wish this thread would be deleted.
Aside from the recent garbage found on this thread yet again, what kind of results do we have from this past weekend if any?
