I'm very concerned looking at the ESU results today. My girl Amy Moratz's name did not show up in the results. Does anyone know if she will be running at PSACs? I bet the ESU mens team misses her displaying her intensity on the course!!!!!!!!!!

I dont really understand why most of you on this msgboard bash the runners in the PSAC that are kicking butt.

As a former runner at SRU (yes, i absolutely sucked), it's nice to see SRU doing well and having a couple of national caliber men's athletes.

Im sending Reagan and Weiss and shoutout for layin' it down on race day. In fact, you msg board losers do nothing but give the SRU team publicity by bashin' them constantly.

To Reagan...check with Papa, you got a "Sponsored by Letsrun.com Message Board" tshirt on the way. Hopefully youll get it by Regionals when you stamp the shiet out of those doing nothings on here.

I recently stumbled upon something quite interesting. Mind you this has been passed down a ways but word on the street is Jake Sitlir (Ships #4 at psu national invite) is messing around with Kara Millhouse. I just havnt seen too many cross division relationships like this. I heard he was pounding her real good but the real test is who wins at 5000 meters.

Last night, Eric Shafer reminded me that D2 Nats are at the Rock the weekend after I'll be back in the Burgh working. This is friggin' awesome and I can't wait to see Reagan & Clark & Weiss become AA's.

Also, I've spent no significant time in the Rock since it transitioned from being a dry town. So, any recommendations on after the race gathering spots would be appreciated.

Cross country season is friggin' great.
