Good one shaggy....Fag! You really expect me to go away when you insult me with something so ridiculously retarded. You must go to SRU, or at least the educational level is about right.
Sometimes I can't believe how queer you PSAC'ers really are.

I find it hilarious that this dude questions someone's educational level, and doesn't know a damn thing about grammar. Not sure if that response was intentionally meant to be worded so poorly. If not, the joke is on you.
Anyway, what's going on with the rest of the PSAC? I haven't heard anything about Ship or Haven. Have they raced yet?
Where's the Hoovis predictions? Maybe it is better if this board dies off and the trash talking dies with it.
Well a little bit of trash talking is good, but this is just getting ridiculous.
Back on topic, the PSAC is looking strong already this year.
Cal takes down SRU with a nice pack and Regan from SRU puts up a big time early.
Kutztown and West Chester look a bit weak early, both toting young teams with room to improve.
Bloom and Lock Haven both put up strong performances for a first meet at Bloom, with both having solid packs.
Edinboro suffers an unexpected loss to UAA, but looks strong nonetheless with "Tight Pants" Ben Hahn toting an impressive time of 24:00, and the rest of his teammates putting up good performances.
Ship was inactive this week, but it will be good to keep an eye out on how they do at LHU.
IUP surprised WV Wesleyan this weekend in WV, winning with a decent 30 points. Times overall were slow, and WV Wesleyan was without Eric Cooper, but it's IUP...they need to take what they can get.
Should be an interesting season.
Ben Hahn for president! He will eat up all you pussy PSACers, and shit you out with his breakfast wheaties. The rest of you might as well stop running, as there is little chance of anyone finishing within a minute of this guy.

haha yep. we'll take it.
Ben hahn will burn out before the season is over. Look at how he did at nationals last year. there is no way he will beat weiss, clark, or regan. He will be lucky to stay within a minute of those guys.
Isn't Hahn a sophmore? To be close to those guys this young I think is pretty damn impressive. Clark has also red shirted a season. Has he not? That's another year and another reason for you to think a second before you bash.
Chriss almighty. PSACs and Regionals will be great races, I'm sure! Even Nationals will be good. So what's the problem? Man, for a conference that gets bashed as much as this one, you'd think there would be a little more excitement over just plain good races instead of blatant trash talk.
It's a very competitive year. Both individually and for the teams. I'm excited to watch these races. Do I want certain individuals or teams to win? Sure, I've got a bias. I may be disappointed if my picks don't win, but damn you guys sometimes seem like you would rather see somebody lose. That's just not right.
I'm not asking you to sit in a circle and sing 'coom bye ah' or however the hell it's spelled, but damn. Lighten up a little. Become a little more tolerant of people. The less tolerant you become, the harder and longer your life will be.
I think the hatred between the teams adds to the competiveness of the conference, I like it personally. F**k every other team in the PSAC other than mine, I want to go and beat the piss out of every other team I race when i'm on the starting line. We can be friends after it's all over, but before and during the race, everyone else can go straight to hell and burn for all I care.
YOU SUCK

instead of typing about people, why dont you all just worry about yourself and let your running speak for itself. there is nothing more pathetic than this.
lame

If your going to say that at least say what team you are so everyone can hate on you.
It is not true that the top runners in the conference hate each other. In fact, it is quite the opposite. Now the coaches on the other hand....
This message board is a joke...
Im from ship and i like it in the butt.
EVERYONE LOOK AT THIS GUY, OH MAN!
What School are going to be at LOCK HAVEN this weekend ??
As a former "never was" I can honestly say that some of my best memories from the PSAC are the ones that I can hardly remember at all. I may have sucked, but unless you are the top of the crop, and are going to the olympic/ national stage we all ran DII and no one gives a shit. Make some memories and friends while you're there and maybe someday you'll be able to meet a new friend from another school who is passed out on your bedroom floor. . .
Neeley!!!!!!!
Looking forward to be able to watch nationals this year at a local course, and seeing IUP not blow like we did last year.
The Bear
Not that I think IUP is going to Nats, I just want to see them perform better at regionals... didn't want anyone to think that I was getting delusional.
That ben hahn kid is so f***ing good, you guys will all be lucky to be within 15.....no! 25 minutes of him. Over the summer he practiced time travel to race against Roger Bannister and also trained on the tip of Mt. Everest so that he could wipe out the entire PSAC/human race in one swift blow. He also traveled back in time to last years conference meet where the Edinboro guys were preparing to wear those crazy tight pants. God there so damn sexy. Anyways back to heterosexual/kinda homosexual topics. Everyone knows Ben Hahn and his roommates who will remain unnamed own face in every activity they do including being masters at ping pong. Holla Holla Poop Dolla!
I'm smitten by Ben Hahn's noodle. My prediction is he will either be at least 20 minutes ahead of everyone or the second place guy will be 20 minutes behind him. Holla Holla Poop Dolla!
