rock's course is tough so it might be a disadvantage for psacs teams since they run it twice...but then again they will know the course better
This is really similar to a situation with PA HS kids in District 3 in cross country...their district course is the state course. They've shown that running the course on consecutive weeks doesn't really effect performance at all, it just depends on the conditions on race day. It will be interesting to see how it all pans out, though.
Sure, sure...BUT WHAT ABOUT THE CASTLE? Will there be archers and guys with tar and feathers? A moat?
I'm going to contact the administrators at letsrun and ask them to not let donkey post anymore. I think he might be bicurious

Anybody coming out to Eugene for the Olympic Trials? I'm planning on attending Friday (27th) and Saturday (28th) with Eric Shafter, 2x XC All American from IUP. Will be out the following weekend as well, but likely not with any IUP/PSAC'ers.
Give a shout if you'll be there...
Hoovis
I'll be put there from the day before the first event and the day after the last.
Men
SRU
Lock Haven
Edin
IUP
Women
Ship
Bloom

you have a lot to learn
I'll be in Eugene for the first 4 or 5 days...have to go watch the 800's
whats wrong with those aside from IUP and no ship (unless thats what you meant)
Shizzy & Sauls:
Let's find a place to meet. Shaf & I are sitting in Section U right at track level.
Sauls, I agree -- the 800's will be awesome. The men's race will be awesome...love Nick Symmonds and the Oregon Track Club singlets are very cool. And, Chanelle Price in the women's race should be stellar.
Would love to go out Friday night in Eugene with you guys. Anybody else going to be there?

Love Nick Symmonds and his affiliation with Oregon Track Club will get the local crowd buzzing. His win at Pre Classic last year rocked the place. Also, watching PA high schooler Chanelle Price will be cool...Hoovis

Ok First - SRU will be a shell of what it was.
Second Edinboro will be even deeper and better this year.
Third Ship is the second best team.
Lock Haven is no better no worse.
Mansfield wil still be better than IUP
Millersvile may be better than Mansfield
Look in this Order:
Boro
Ship
LHU
SRU
Mansfield or Millersville.
Women
Ship
Bloom
Kutztown
Boro
SRU or IUP
Look out for Cal on both sides.
