411 fisher. any are welcome
411 fisher ave or my house is open to those who need a place to stay this weekend for PSACs. Bars are always a great place to hit up and within walking distance. just hit me up with an email or on letsrun. peace out. time to go beat adam lint in raquet-ball.
Any heat sheets or anything? I cant find anything on IUP's website
Blood is going to f**k Weiss up in the 10k tomorrow morning, i'm calling it now.
report i heard:
10k
men
1. blood
2. weiss
3. reagan
4. niemira
5. yeatts
women
1. williams
lanzel or blaesser
i also heard that blood blew Weiss's doors off with 200m to go...apparently he sat behind Weiss for most of the race
psac's is this weekend? good god, i'm out of the loop. 1 week after penn relays doesn't seem right in my head... along with 3 weeks before ncaa's. anyway, i'd have liked to see ryan and cummings go at it in the 1500 (along with shizzy and pinto, of course). when ryan's running well, nobody from the conference is going to touch him in the 5 or 10.
not sure who "ship alumni" is but i wish he'd attempt to show a little class. i'm sure spence probably enjoys your comments.
hoovis, the conewago trail is what came to the top of my head. it is pancake flat, marked every half mile in lancaster county and marked every mile once you hit lebanon county. it's on mostly crushed stone now that they've redone the trail. i'd think about joining you, but i'll be headed to broad st with some other ship alumni to attempt to race.
I thought today's finals went awesome, but to me, there was one blaring flaw...where was Chris Cummings? It surprised me when he wasn't at the line for the 15, and I saw him walking around later on, does anyone know what happened?
heard cummings was hurt due to his penn 5k effort. how did the 1500 go all i heard was pinto won

I heard Blood was a pussy and couldn't lead a race to save his life. Results say one thing, but watching the race I can tell there is something different between his legs.

Didn't realize the goal was to run in front and then get kicked down. Funny, I though it was to win.
not sure what race you watched either, but after regan was in the front he took to the lead for quite a while.
the guy is good. period.
shizzy what happended in the 1500 and the 800? how quick was the turnaround from race to race
i guess a little under an hour. i just really didn't show up for that 800 that's what it came down to no excuses.
shizzy,
did you cry when you crossed the line of the 800 or were you still gloating from the 1500?
i deserve what i get, i ran like crap no doubt.
but i did neither.
i vote for him crying
