Congrats to Blood, Cummings, my man Iuri, and Neyhart. Stellar showing from Beagle as well. Looking forward to hanging out with you lads in California at NCAAs.
Great showing from Geddis, Hahn, Bobcat, Gracey, Mumphord, Combs, and our freshy 10k gal, 37:13.
Me and Weiss were hanging out tonight getting the play by play from Coach Papa, biting our fingernails and wishing we were there. See you all in a few weeks, stay true.
PSAC IS THE SHIT NO DOUBT
Props go out to Adam Lint, former PSAC & IUP CC/track guy, for taking 3rd in the USA 100km championships on Saturday in Wisconsin.
7:19 for 100 km...62 miles at near 7:00 a mile. Nails.
Pretty sure that will qualify him for the USA team heading to the 2008 World Championships in Italy in November.

Just want to let people know that we are going to have a 1 mile run at home this weekend. I know some people want to run better for the nationals list. Running the mile I think is easier then running a 1500 to qualify for nationals. ex. a 4:09 is about 3:50. I think it is easier to run a 4:09 mile then a 3:50 1500. So let me know if anyone is interested.
i meant a 4:09 converts to a 3:50
Huge props to Lint..the man works like a madman, he deserves his spot on the U.S. national team. Congrats, man!
what were some of his times or accomplishments in college?
you don't post on here until I give you permission...
pinto, how long are you going to have a rabbit for?
one guy is going for 800 around 2:02/2:03 then another one is going to go until 1200 around 3:05/3:06 then hopefully i can finish in a 62 or better.
any other people in the race besides you? you should contact some coaches!
i did but no ones to come so whatever
it's pretty last minute so that doesn't help.
make it happen at conference like you did last year Iuri.
if blood get's in there.......oh man! might be a better race than bucknell.
Just a shout out for all you alum out there or general fans, since PSACs is at IUP this year if anyone needs a place to crash for a night or two instead of trying to get a hotel or whatever, let one of us know

Take it easy on my Portuguese friend, as a long time lurker I would just like to say I am ecstatic Pinto is looking to run fast when he knows conditions are conducive to fast times (the weather in the 'burg looks great right now for Sat). I think he and Koch are making the right decision to go for it this weekend (although my bias is pretty large) the 1500 at PSAC's while hopefully a stacked event has to many questions; the opening pace, weather, and shizzy's shenanigans among other things could all play a role in making it a tactical race.
Regardless I think “conference” had it right when he said the 1500 is going to be stacked at PSAC's. The conference has certainly grown in leaps and bounds since I first entered, keep it up boys and best of luck to all the competitors this weekend from ESU to Mt. Sac.
what's that supposed to mean?
