what are the best kind of hills to be doing for base type work in july and august
ive done 2 hill workouts so far, warm up 20minutes then do 12 hills then warm down 15, total time is about an hour. increasing 2 hills per week,
the hill takes about 45-50 seconds to get up, should i be doing these fast or having a hard type run incorporating them into it, any benefits from either way?
