Keep it to yourself, huh?
Posting the training logs of elite runners is not advertising you tool. What are you, 19 going on 13?
Thanks!
Hodge, thanks for the links to the logs. Good good stuff.
good stuff
Y'know, some recent posters are just so goddamn stupid it makes me want to scream and punch my computer screen. First, we get a bunch of babies belittling a guy for completing a marathon in a deep sea diving suit for charity, and now some idiot decides to get pissed at Hodgie-san for posting some excellent running-related info.
Fer-chrissake, kiddies! Go back to Dyestat where you came from, and stay there until you at least get into junior high.
Arggghhhh!@#!#@??:*&%^
Bobby-san,
I hope Bordin's log might convince a few guys to do the mileage!
Thanks for the useful post.
I'm driving up to Southborough (and then later to Sakonnett,RI) and would love to meet for coffee and/or a run.
Love to try and convince you to come down to RI for the Little Compton race on July 12th (Spedding and Treacy used to drill us there).
Drop me an e-mail at above address. I'll be heading up on Saturday morning and hope to make it up by the Can-Am (or whatever Twilight...) on Tues eve.

hogie san is above the law. Don`t make me come over and know your teeth out.
guilty.
If posting links to running logs on my website is against the rules here. I'm certainly not "selling" anything, products that is.
The post is information, links to an archive, nothing more.

an·nounce ( P ) Pronunciation Key (-nouns)
v. an·nounced, an·nounc·ing, an·nounc·es
v. tr.
To make known publicly.
To proclaim the presence or arrival of: announce a caller.
To provide an indication of beforehand; foretell: The invention of the microchip announced a new generation of computers.
To serve as an announcer for: announce a football game on TV.
I'll defend Hodgie-san's posts and links as keeping within the spirit of letsrun. Nothing is really advertised for sale... (except possibly PAIN).
Bordin's schedule is interesting and very doable for most American runners.
Inubushi's schedule presents pretty much "standard" high-level Japanese training of today....success is a function of merely SURVIVING the training.
GAMBATTE KUDASAI!!!
