Also with all due respect if a run is not a timed /published event what you say is merely words...blah, blah. Again, BS. This is an addition gripe of mine. Those runners who seem to have always ran this or that but "in a workout while in training flats on a 100 degree day , etc., etc.".....blah, blah. It may be OK to brag about something that is documentable otherwise it's just BS and I do not know many who like to here a lot of hot air. I simply like to see results.....like the saying goes "Please just the facts".
Sorry my thread is a bit off track but I think it's important to remeber to not get swept away with half truths. Because if you believe everything .... you can be lead by a fool(George W.) that WMD are everywhere !!!!
