800: J. Johnson or Marc Sylvester

5K: Ritz

1500: Webb (even though he isn't in top shape or running close to what he is capable of could run with Mulveny)

can you give times that they can run,

Johnson and Sylvester: Both have ran 1:46

Ritz: If he can stay healthy he could run under 13:30 next year with the potential to go a lot faster than that.

Webb: He has ran 3:53 and even this year has ran 3:58 which is faster than Mulveny

Thompson came 19th in world cross, i think on current form he would win, he ran 13.35 in a low standard race recently

Soos will run 1.46 this year he keeps doing races where i wins easily in a 1.47, i think he has 1.44 in him

Let's hope so. Athough he is curently ranked 34th on the UK all time under-23 list (though he's not 20 till the end of this month). It's interesting looking at the names of those who did and didn't 'make it' as seniors.

Why not Burley for the 800, he's got a 1:45 to his credit?

Ricky Soos ran a PB 1:46:58 last night in Holland.

Soos will get faster and faster, he has such a good build for a 800 meter runner
