sacred heart, northeastern, binghamton, vermont, central conneticut, siena, long island, and theres probably some more. i just know those did poorly at xc regionals.
Anybody want to name all the D1 schools on the eastcoast/northeast that cut their low bodget XC/Track teams to fund absolutely terrible Football and Basketball teams? I can think of a few and I'll bet they've got, oh, about 40 guys that could walk on pretty much any other school.

Temple is in a rebuidling phase of their XC team.
just look at Wofford's school records. many of the high schools in the county have better school records than Wofford

Maryland has no men's xc. Their football team went 3-9, with a 1-8 conference record. Their basketball is ok, but no national power house with a 4-3 conference record currently. Last year their basketball team went 23-11
