The Spurs are the better team but they were coming off a terrific battle against OKC. Meanwhile the Knicks were resting for over a week. So now that the Spurs have had a chance to catch their breath, they will take command of this series. It should be fun to watch.
Knicks will take it. This is their year and next year they may get old man steroid boy LeBron because he would make the most money by far (salary plus extras) going to NYC.

I am not sure where you got your information or if I am understanding you correctly. It appears to occur about 7.4% of the time, and I believe that even includes some best of 5 series, which of course provides an even bigger challenge than in a best of 7.
OK so I see you were referring to teams that lost the first two at home, and not the first 2 no matter where played. Well yeah that would be much more rare. But SA is the better team, but I understand the better team will not always win. But here I don’t see the home court mattering that mich.
Might be fun to see the Knicks lose tonight with Trump in attendance and for the Spurs to then take the Series. Trump will immediately be blamed and fans will talk about The Trump Curse until the Knicks actually win a title.
Meh, the nba is unwatchable. Hockey, now there's a real sport. Men play hockey, Floppers play basketball. Last couple minutes of a hockey game, quick and fast. Last couple minutes of an nba game, uhhhhhhhhh forever.
