When will this be announced? It’s not listed on USATF site like it has before. It’s happening in 3 weeks and the only ones that have confirmed are mantz, blanks, Nico and Wolfe on the men’s side?

What are you talking about? There are 90 entries so far.

I too had been checking and had not seen the "public entries" until now. Maybe I was blind....
For others like me, that missed a few additional clicks on the usatf event website
Men's side we have;
Mantz vs Kiptoo again, will be interesting to follow. They should be up there with Graham Blanks
Curious to see how Colley (still with Zap, wonder who will pick him up next), Bosely, Liam Murphy, Ahmed Muhammed, Dylan Schubert (Iowa state rumors true?), Bor, Hacker, Liking, and Engles will do.
Currently only about 33 women and 61 men entered. We better get a few more high-quality females entered or we are going to be crushed on our home soil. Right now, the top entries are:
Parker Valby Gracie Morris Olivia Markezich Dani Jones Emma Grace Hurley Allie Buchalski Choe Scrimgeour Zariel Macchia (I assume she will be ineligible for U20 so will run Senior) Margot Appleton
Six for the Senior team and two for the Mixed Relay so one of these will be left home.
We are missing SO many ... Andrews, Kelati, Schweizer, St. Pierre, Houlihan, Mackay, Morgan, Roe, Hertenstein, Halladay-Lowry, Donaghu, Venters, Rodenfels, Cranny, Jennings, Mitchell, Wayment, etc.
There are still 18 more days to register so hopefully a few of these sign up. Roe was supposed to be on the start line for the 5K in conjunction with the NYC Marathon but did not run so who knows what's up. Rodenfels just beat St. Pierre, Kelati, and Valby in a 5K so she is definitely in shape.

Macchia registered only for U20 because she doesn't know that the rules say that she is not eligible for U20.
There isn't any reason for her to run in the senior race.
Hopefully someone lets her know she can't run U20 before her and her family book nonrefundable plane tickets.

She is eligible to run the USATF U20 Championships, just not make the world team.

Are you positive on that? I don’t think they are letting people who are 19 right now race it because it is a qualifying meet for worlds even if you have no plans to qualify. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Don't overlook Kaylee Delay if she registers. She finished 2nd to Gracie Morris in the 5th Avenue Mile and should be in good shape. Also, Eleanor Fulton ran well in the 5th Ave mile and has never made a US team. Her chances are starting to run out with age. She might take advantage of this opportunity since the World XC team is by far the easiest US team to make.

No, that is NOT correct. The USATF rules specifically state that you can't run in the Dec 6, 2025 USATF U20 race if you aren't eligible to run in the Jan 10, 2026 World Championships U20 race. It's right there in writing in the rules.
This has already been discussed at length in another thread regarding Zariel Macchia and Jane Hedengren.
