She has high standards with her 30:14.66, in 2022. She's 39th on the all time, only 6 non Africans ahead of her (McColgan, Radcliffe, Monson, Huddle) including 2 (iffy) Chinese. I'm assuming she still has potential for sub 30:00?
Everybody fled Schumacher at that time and I don’t know that I would count her stint with Boss, it was like 2 months of testing it out.
she seemed very complimentary of Jarred. The post pointed out how many PRs she set and just said she wanted a team environment again, which is understandable.

Perhaps GDS will join the group, now that she is running better again (World finalist) as she is more of a 1500/5k runner like Cranny. I think GDS is currently with Mark Rowland in Scotland. I could see Reekie joining it as well if she moves up to 1500m (which I think she should if Muir is on her way out).

Talk about someone with multiple coaching moves...
Hey good for her, try stuff out. Maybe she wants to live over there? Use running to experience some other parts of the world I don’t know.
Maybe Cornfield doesn’t have the time now that he is running the program at NAU. Stuff like ok we have these recruits coming in, I have to make that department meeting on university safe spaces, ok it’s going to snow who has the dome tomorrow? Football? Basketball? Boom regionals are this week, is the bus booked? Hey grad assistant did you do that expense report? O YEAH CRANNY NEEDS A WORKOUT? Hey go tempo run
If every date, teammate, or coach feels like the problem… maybe it’s time to look in the mirror.
It’s telling that this is just as downvoted as upvoted. The 1992–2002 “Zillennial” crowd might be the most fragile generation yet—everything’s toxic, everything’s triggering, and nothing’s ever their fault. Accountability has gone missing. No knock on Ms. Cranny, she’s always shown up when it counts—but bouncing to a new coach every year doesn’t exactly scream commitment.
