These are basically more proxy wars. Russia/Ukraine is extension of the cold war. Israel/Palestine is an Iran vs West proxy war. India vs Pakistan is almost like a civil war, just like Sudan/South Sudan has been and still is. WW1 and WW2 was way larger scale, fighting took place in dozens of modern countries. The conflicts mentioned are all within a handful of countries.
Considering the recent conflicts (Ukraine, Gaza, Taiwan, India-Pakistan, Yemen), it's likely going to be a war between the judeo-christian civilization (with Hindu support) against the barbaric islamo-marxists.

The matrix wants increased warmongering and warfare. By killing off their biggest threat, many young/strong/independent thinking men, they can control the people to the most evil, fullest extent.
