She was dropped. I lied about nothing. Do you even know what dropped means? I stand by my post 100%. You get away or stay and get dropped unless you have great finishing speed. She doesn't.

Thanks for the down vote Emma! I know you love me darling!
Listen “Peepskeets.” Her job as a professional runner is to sell products. She has almost 150K IG followers. The winner of the race has 20K. If you were part of a company looking to sponsor an athlete, who would you pick?
The one on SportsCenter. 150K is a pimple and IG is dying on the vine.
Sportscenter? What are you, 70? Nobody cares about ESPN anymore, and the few losers still watching are old men. Her Demo is young women.
It definitely isn't unique to Emma. In other sports, athletes are better at acknowledging that performing at the highest level is difficult and that there are worthy competitors trying to do the same etc. etc. Pro runners tend to be pretty black and white about "I'm the best and if I lose it's because I'm hurt/sick." I think it would be healthy if they could frame it as "I did my best but it's really hard to win." It's especially ridiculous because they don't know their competitors' training. How could you possibly know you're ready to win a major marathon?
Obviously, Emma and others know this. I just don't get why they have to do the false confidence thing every time out.
The recaps have started? Pass. There’s no intrigue in her, in these recaps, in someone who finishes 13th. Can we ban the recaps unless you’re top 5?
Top 5 finishers have something that Emma does not. Their coaches give them sensible expectations.
Emma was all over the internet with interviews and social media posts proclaiming how she was going to hit a home run. She advertised her victory ahead of time.
