Just curious - why do you seem to take so much joy in their failures? They seem like good people (all of them) just trying to make a living doing what they love. if they wronged you then I’d understand…
They dish out plenty of ill will on their podcast towards others. If you do that, you better be able to have you $hit together and watertight. People will come looking for your scalp.
Thank goodness the other OAC woke. didn’t qualify and come to China. This was bad enough.
need to rewatch, but I didn't get the impression that Jakob was easing down. Just that he wasn't going to maintain the 12.6 he ran from 1300-1400. Maybe could have been a couple tenths faster.
He's so smooth it's difficult to tell sometimes.
The last 30 or so to me it looked like he slowed a bit and celebrated/eased up. Not like it cost him much more than a tenth of two I agree.
- more brutal timing for Baker getting a cramp though he was only getting bronze there, impressed by Azu and the Aussie performing so well
The opening heat was Kennedy's first ever indoor 60m, after which the tv commentators were playfully comparing him to another young Aussie sprinter. Btw, why isn't Gout Gout racing?
He’s a 10.17 long (200m specialist) sprinter, I don’t think he’s anywhere near Kennedy in the 60m.
