Teare looked smooth.
Hocker had a higher cadence, and looked like he was working harder than Teare throughout the race. However, this race was not a complete indication of how they will compete by the time the end of the summer arrives.
After the race, Hocker said he has a few more training blocks before he’s “fully there” in the 5k.
Teare is over striding. Unless he can get something off the track, he's going to be a high quality plodder
