Him eating the pancakes and then going to the bathroom and making some weird exaggerated sounds - Where he vomited in Julian hotel room? Are they all not staying in the same hotel? Why wasn't Danny in the room also and on the phone? Someone said - Kerr was so sick yet the had him by his daughter? This seemed so staged. I can understand his hip giving problems and he was in bad shape for the race - but the reality is - the sick part was nonsense and everyone saw through it.
Why would he lie about being sick??? There’s literally no other reason other than avoiding in competition testing which might be the case, or to avoid letting his competitors know he has a bad hip. But, he literally revealed that through this video. He was most likely sick.
Kerr knows his days are numbered. 2025 is probably his final year at the top as he HAS to get injured by default. A clean athlete will always suffer a setback because they don’t have the likes of PEDs to assist in recovery. Finally now in 2025 we see him hip injury and it’s expected. I also knew it coming, matter of time. Did you see him use his phone on the video and subscribed to a 5G postpaid SIM card? His career is going to be shorter still due to this harmful 5G use.

Not that I subscribe to this, but it looks worse to pull out of a meet late from a PR perspective, due to something that you had coming in like a hip injury. A sickness is more unpredictable and random. Makes for a better YouTube video too for the conspiracy theorists then oh my hip felt wonky in pre-meet and I don’t want to risk losing and getting hurt maybe too.
Not that Kerr is being dishonest or anything but he isn’t definitely shooting a prank videos with fake edited scenes to pull in views and likes. He is certainly very authentically disposed in the video but my worry is that this hip injury would be the omen of his decline. He is of age, 26/27 to begin a slight decrease in overall high performance capacity. He can delay it longer by really discontinuing any 5G service on his phone and revert back to basic 4G which is sufficient for most daily communication needs.
Genuinely fascinating insight into Kerr pulling out of Millrose. He clearly desperately wanted to compete. Definitely the best episode yet and really interesting to hear him and Mackie planning their race tactics before the illness:
Beautiful simply gorgeous as hell my beloved Josh Kerr. This is the type of man and personality I blush around!! Amen sweetheart!! Amen!!
Such sincerity such honesty and British no-nonsense sobriety just pure bliss for serious no nonsense men like me as well!! Danny Mackey is the same he is straight and dead serious about everything.
I wouldn’t wanna be like a sissy Jakob always half smiling and half clowning around about Jakgoat and next guy etc! This is unhinged and ill-disposed!!

This is a well hinged comment spoken by a man or woman of deep IQ. 5G is a big no no for athletes if 4G is already supposed to be so bad for high performance physiologic systems. Get it?
Im glad more are jumping on the bandwagon of man made fields as an important factor in the good life. Let’s encourage more of such mindfulness on LRC shall we? A huge toast to posterity 🙏🙏🙏

What a bummer man! Goodness me, somebody please tell Josh and Danny and Julian to wake up their ideas and start reading LRC forums to prolong their careers.
I feel that not enough partiality has been given to athletes like Kerr by seasoned commenters like Thoughtsleader, John Wesley Harding, Ruxton, high school xc coach. It’s like these guys are trying to suppress their love and admiration for future American Kerr just because he is still British now. What has Kerr done to offend you guys? He just wants to win and beat the shat out of everyone else as he is a born winner and alpha male. Can’t we all just let him run his story and just love him?
You gotta respect the heck out of him. He's gone gold-silver the last two times out in outdoor Worlds/Olympics and won World Indoors last year. At the same time, it's OK to be critical of the racing approach (until this year) and some of what he's said. To be clear, I think he was sick and think this was the best video he's put out there. Grand Slam Track should be in part exciting to see what happens when he's contractually obligated to race frequently. Of course he'll be going on almost 7 months without competing when the first Slam happens.

Where did this 5G meme come from. Is this all one guy spamming?

The sickness seems a bit contrived, only because Norovirus is not an "overnight" thing, and usually lasts a few days to clear from the body. Josh seemed to be totally normal while eating those blueberries and pancakes, with no signs of chills, fever, etc... which are very common with having Norovirus. My guess is that his hip began acting up and knowing he's going to be in a hot race, why compete when not 100% healthy, it's not a good look for him and his sponsors. Again, as I stated in an earlier post, I don't think he wants the hip issue to become a bigger deal than it already is. Remember, he's already thrown some daggers at Jakob, and he needs to "walk the walk" to back up what he's said. Unfortunately, injuries aren't excuses, they're part of the game.
I'm probably one of the people here who dislikes Kerr the most because he's a gigantic bellend, but there's absolutely no logical reason to think he'd duck Millrose
What I'm more interested in is how he's going to handle the racing schedule of the GST when he runs like 3 races a year and the GST is going to increase that by a huge amount. Is he just going to sit out races when he doesn't feel like running them?
