So you're whining about how you never got to run as fast? There's good news - it’s called Masters Track and Field. If you were a runner from 2005-2015 that means you’re 40 now or will be very soon. Quit making excuses and step up your game to take advantage of all the new technology, nutrition, bouncy tracks etc. and go after some American masters record. Your past PRs indicate you have potential to do so. Once you're 90+ years old and likely inching along you can look back with satisfaction knowing you took full advantage of all the new technology to help with faster times and not feel so bummed about getting ripped off by this in your younger years.
