I believe he is asking local countries to take the Palestinians in. Remove the bombed out buildings and unexploded bombs and build a thriving economy open to all people of the world including Palestinians. This is due to a hundred year disaster. Having local countries open their doors will require some difficult negotiations.
Especially when the U.S. isn’t taking any of the refugees.
We know now from Genetics, Germany has to take back it's German Ashkenazi, Spain it's Sephardics aka Marranos since they aren't Middle East people. Europeans persecuted them from the Holy Roman Empire days 1,000 years ago. It was our ancestors criminal mistake to treat the that way. The US, UK, USSR at Yalta forcibly rounded them up on a one way boat to Palestine. That's is our fatal mistake. We have to take them back and give them a portion of the land we stole from them. Yet no European leader will step up. It's a Generational issu. They don't mind cashing in on the Holocaust Museum profits, hotel bookings, airline tickets, restaurant sales. But the EU wont carve out land and hiome to re-patriate I heard 65% of Isreal who are not Middle Eastern people, they are our people, Europeans! and we owe them a fair shake. I'm ashamed of Europe!
