Not sure how big of an effort 41.9 miles in 2 hours on the Zwift is. 10 miles on treadmill was very slow (7:34 pace) for a sub-13:00 5K guy. But 3 hours 15 minutes of aeeobic work seems like a big day.
No. This is the kind of thing I did consistently when I was training full-time. Except I would do the riding outside on a real bike, or 3000m hard freestyle at the outdoor pool. I never ran 7:30 pace. It was 5:30-40 pace on hard 10 mile days, 6:30-7:00 pace on easy days. It was the summer after 9th grade and 10th grade when that was commonplace. I was 15 and 16.
I ran 9:40 and 9:25 for 3200m the track seasons following these periods. Hocker is WAAAAYYYY MORE TALENTED than me, and two levels above me then (HS -> college -> pampered pro).
So, NO, this is nothing. Frank Shorter used to run 10 miles in the AM, and 10 miles in the PM ... every single day, for 10 years -- fifty years ago.
