Who was the BEST 1500/Miler this year? Ingebrigtsen? Hocker? Kerr?

A lot of people would contest this lol...especially Track and Field news, who have ranked Jakob as #1 the last few years. Interestingly though, he was put out of medals in the Olympic final this year.
