Capitulating to America's enemies and bowing to thugs and tyrants is no great feat. Anyone can do that. You could probably figure out how to do that. Appeasement is easy. You just pay a huge price later for your cowardice. That's the way life goes.
I thought we didn't negotiate with terrorists? So, when Russia decides it wants Alaska and invades it, we'll just negotiate with them and let them have the portion that they managed to occupy? Let me guess, if you find out your wife is cheating on you, you will negotiate to only have her sleep with other men on Thursdays... right?
Attempting to facilitate a land grab is your idea of great leadership? This sends the wrong message to democracies and dictatorships. Surprised you're ok with this, since kids have been stealing your lunch money for years.
Zelensky and he are talking about a deal where Russia gets to keep all the territory it currently occupies.
The art of the deal!
If Trump actually gets 80% of Ukraine into NATO, that would still be a loss for Ukraine. It’s not clear what exactly the US gains other than an end to the proxy war expenses. It’s unclear why Putin would agree in any case. What’s in it for Russia? Just the 20% grabbed land? He doesn’t have to end the war and if Ukraine is still in war, article 10 doesn’t allow it to enter NATO.

What a c**k!
Alaska is part of the USA, Ukraine is not. I know is that is impossible for you guys to understand.

Ukraine keeping 80% of its territory is a BEST case scenario at this point. If that's a "loss," then Ukraine lost. Not my problem.

Now that tRUMP won the election by a 50.8% to 47.5% score many more Americans think they are Alpha The Great. Sorry to burst your bubble, but there are checks and balances that must be paid attention to. The "new leader" cannot go out and shoot someone on 5th avenue.
