If this actually happened, no one act would epitomize just how pathetic and desperate the Democratic party has become. It's bad enough they have lost two elections to Donald Trump - the second of them when he was a convicted felon, but doing this as some sort of lame parting shot for historical significance would take the cake.
Obviously it won't happen, but what a total farce if it did.
