Back to the subject matter of the thread, as I under-
stand it Ritz will be racing soon. The best thing for Ritz
would have been to train thru X-Country and prepare for
2003 NCAA Outdoors, US World Trials, and World Championships! Not being hard on Ritz; however, none of the collegians have a chance of beating a healthy Boaz in X-Country! The talent Ritz possesses should allow him to
make the World's team and gain valuable experience. The
coach at Colorado should see that and not have Ritz running
X-country; therefore, avoiding a long season (X-Country,
Indoor, and Outdoor). Its time the coaches start thinking
of the Super Talented Athletes instead of the schools
during the year the World and Olympics take place. I would rather see in a College sports brochure-WORLD or OLYMPIC
finalist than NCAA Champion!
