He's been fairly big for a while. But yes, he is notably larger now. Its probably age and continuing to workout. He's still young enough to be getting bigger (from metabilosim/genetics) and he is not old enough to be wasting away yet. So, if he is putting on weight and still pounding it in the gym (not like that, I mean working out) he could certainly look like this. He is starting to resemble dad. And with his $$$ what else is he going to do besides pound balls and get jacked?
He's a known drug addict, but even with drugs he couldn't win more majors than the Golden Bear.
Steroids are different from peptide hormones in that steroids are fat-soluble. As a result, they are able to pass through the phospho-lipid layer of the cell membrane and can activate intracellular receptors. Unlike peptide hormones which have to activate extra-cellular receptors and use 2nd messaging in order to exert an effect on the cell.
Tiger \'s been on the sauce and HGH for a long time. Why do you think he balded up and looks so puffy. He's been that way for a while. It's nothing new.
Is it possible to gain 15 pounds of muscle with less than 15% body fat without illegal or unethical supplements? It's possible. I am not going to assume p.e.d.s because of this photo.
Are known substance abusers more likely to take illegal or unethical supplements? I assume there is a correlation but my guess, a weak correlation.
Not possible for Tiger Woods to gain this much muscle without tons of steroids. He is 47 years old and never had this much muscle in over 2 decades when he was younger. This is like your fat dad suddenly looking like a 1990's Brad Pitt overnight (and Bradd Pitt also took steroids)
Uh no, this is 4-6 months of working out, eating lean and taking basic creatine

I bet you also believed Lance Armstrong when he said he was clean
Being worlds best in an endurance event and having a body that almost anyone can get in 6 months are on two different spectrums. Just like your low IQ is.

You say this as you sit on your couch with a 5 pound bag of chips from Costco and looking at photos from the Bodybuilding front page

The guy is 47 years old. So you think his entire career he never showed he had any genetics for putting on muscle, but at an age where his T levels are cratering, he sudden put in "6 months of work" that resulted in this. You do realize most gym rats are on gear too. These are not normal results.

Correction, Tiger was on a win percentage tear that was double what Jack did. He won twice as often. Then injuries. Happens in every sport. To be sure, it is a monumental task to catch jack. You need everything and for long time.

lol
This is very plausible. People who work out a lot their whole lives also add greater lipid redistribution and just plain body fat percentage just like the rest of us with aging. So you are still jacked but look even bigger with the water and fat weight.
If he wins a major with a fused ankle, that will be the greatest golf athletic feat of all time. (With a nod to Tom Watson who missed winning the British by one swing with a "plastic hip")
Tiger Woods is back playing golf again and in the recent photos of him compared to the last 20+ years, it is clear to me he is doped on steroids. Just check the video out in the PGA link below. Those are roided up arms and chest. Tiger Woods never had a chest or biceps before in 2 decades.
It's just TRT. Very popular among a certain set of older rich guys. Look at Greg Norman, Jeff Bezos, and many more. Thing is, it works, and really does improve quality of life. You can always tell who's doing it. You don't have to get big and jacked using it, but the type of people who go on it typically are the types who always wanted to be jacked but didn't have the genetics/time for it.
