Dude get a life, if hes such a bad coach check out the recruiting class and it's not even close to being full completed
LRC note. We've don't need two thread son the same topic so we merged them. The other thread was titled, "porscha dobson and sean mcnulty NEED to leave Dartmouth."
We've long stated that coaching threads are the hardest to moderate as people get really fired up. Ivy League threads are probably a close second. Combine the two and it's difficult. As a result, we're requiring registration to post moving forward. Please remember you are talking about real people.

I'm extremely careful.
Find a reported race for McNulty at Kentucky.
It looks like after getting multiple jobs with the overstatement, he cleaned-up his bio at DM: "While at Kentucky, he spent one year on the cross country and track & field programs before becoming a student manager for a year and a half."
But the DM press release announcing his hiring (likely based off his resume and likely reviewed by him before being released): "While at Kentucky, he was a four-year athlete in cross country and track and field."
Reading this in his press release. This reeks of ego Norm!!
I only see 2 men committed to Dartmouth on milesplit. One 1:52 runner who is bad at XC, and one 9:05 guy who can't break 2 in the 800 and hasn't broken 16 in an XC 5k.
Compare to Yale's recruits (not even Harvard or Princeton)
1:52 and 4:14
1:52 - 4:12 - 9:04
4:09 - 9:00 - 14:45 XC 5k
Dartmouth is falling further behind.
There's only about two jobs that would tempt me to get back into it and Dartmouth is one of them. That place is beautiful. But as Jon's assistant? Jesus. I'm a) currently his boss and b) forget more about running each day than he ever knew. ;) Plus jon's super organized. He'd be an amazing recruiting coordinator/assistant.
On a more serious note, we've added a note to the thread (scroll to the top) and are requiring registration to post.
Coaching threads are not difficult. Ivy League threads are some of the easier ones. Just ban people who violate the rules. You have allowed people to destroy the lives of several runners in other threads.
Not sure why Dartmouth hired a director who focuses only on sprints, hurdles, jumps. Total fool’s errand. No decent high school sprinter or jumper with real collegiate aspirations will (or should) consider Dartmouth.
Many of the top programs are coached by people who only know those event groups and the teams are very successful.
Of course! But not in northern New England. Why would a good high school jumper or sprinter ever choose to go to Dartmouth where you can’t jump, sprint, or effectively train for those events outdoors until mid-May?
