it is a clarification, not an apology. But too much journalism (so-called) these days portrays a one-sided perspective.
Sad that this family has problems now in the public eye. It also shows that coaching your own kids can create problems if not handled well - it isn't for everyone. While the best of intentions may have been the initial objective - it is hard to support "shared goals" when it is one-sided, even if the long-term results are successful, if the means to get there is emotionally destructive. The whole video series (seemed like a good idea at the time) is coming back to haunt the family, and especially Gjert as presumably he was the author of that venture (as in he arranged it).
