The killer is either a guy he was banging or result of a drug deal gone wrong. LA Sheriff's are incredibly corrupt.

I lived a 1.5 miles east of where he was shot and it is the 'hood. I taught up there for many years too and the girl fights with their cliques were always good for the hair extension business, cuz they were flying around on those days. Years and years of people moving from rough parts of LA to the Antelope Valley, cuz it's cheaper to live. You can take a kid out of the ghetto, but you can't take the ghetto out of him/her. I remember students moving up from Lynwood, Inglewood, and Compton would say the schools down there were so much calmer.
