Here's the hypothetical conversation i have with my body
My body: oh we are going to give you longevity into your 30s alright
Me: that sounds amazing!
My body: not for free though, we're going to make you work for it
My body: you notice that small amount of stomach fat?
Me: yeah...how can.i get rid of it? I already devote 80-90 minutes per day to running
My body: oh well that special reserve wont go away until you increase the intensity of your runs
Me: ok well how about 3 times per week?
My body: no, you fool...all of them!
Me: I dont know if I can run hard that often. What about my bone density?
My body: ...and the minute you pull back on the intensity that little annoying fat deposit will return on instant
Me: even if I eat right?
My body: ... it will grow even if you eat right
