Have taken a break from posting here because there are way too many a**holes.
Some have tried to interfere in my life offline.. So I've stayed under the radar.
I have a bit of plantar fasciitis, at least that's what I think it is. Walking is generally fine though a bit of pain is noticeable. Running is out of the question for now. Just too much pain on the ball of my left foot.
Good news is that I've overcome PF a few times previously. I also own the Strassburg sock and have used it with success in the past. For some reason though after wearing it briefly the other day, I started to notice pain in my knee area.
Anyways, despite the fact I'm unable to run, I've been doing some solid sessions on the stationary bike. Did 10 sessions out of 14 days recently. Today did 1 hour at a fairly hard effort.
The machine says I burned 800 calories and covered 19.2 miles in 1 hour. Average RPM's 96. My HR seems to max at a bit over 150.
