67.8, 66.4, 66, 67.2, 67.6, 67.4, 67.9, 67.8, 67.4, 66.8, 67.6, 67.4
My goal is to be close to 15 flat in the 5k in two weeks. Do you think that's a plausible goal based on this workout?
