Here as well. (Seems to have gotten better). It’s almost like the beginning of each race is spotty and then clears up.
Funny, East coverage quality was great. (Announcer was a crack-up as he was learning voice inflections during his broadcast, haha).
West coverage is all about us hearing the actual meet announcer (which is good), and some kid behind the camera chatting with someone in the background, seemingly unaware that we can hear him.
Then, out of nowhere, some announcer comes on the West broadcast. After listening for about 30 seconds, we decided it was Kermit the Frog. Then he disappeared for a while, came back, disappeared again. It was just entertaining trying to figure out why their broadcast was so poor.
At least they showed a tiny bit of the 10K battle for 12th place. All the other races, they just followed the winner past the line and we never saw any of the other finishers. They still haven't figured out that the most exciting races come from the people battling for later positions.
