This probably comes down to politics. The Sahlman family is Republican and the Youngs are Democrats. Our country is two countries right now and friendships are being destroyed by the division. This was all kicked off by Hillary Clinton and her deplorables comment.

I have been an optimistically thinking for the last few years that talk of a U.S. civil war was overblown, but now I think it is inevitable thanks to an ill-advised 2 party system that combined with today's technology seems to lead inextricably towards violent division.
When every topic, even the injury of high school runner, eventually devolves into hateful rhetoric, you know the end is near. When two large groups of people hate each to the point that they can't even talk anymore, you know what's coming. Ignore the signs all you want. Call it silly all you want, like I used to do. But division is what more and more people want. And they are going to get it. The violent few conquer the peaceful many.
But getting back to more important topics, the world is struggling with the news that Lebron James might retire.
Get well soon Aaron. I hope you can break 4 before the adults rip the country apart.

I think this thread shows the opposite of what you are saying. The votes seem to show that readers in general are less interested in hearing about dumb political angles to this story.
But I agree with your points about the ability of the violent few to dominate the landscape, and thus the increased risk of political violence (albeit not civil war as traditionally conceived).

I know people who tore their IT band and quite literally never recovered, years late the injury still nags them. Hopefully he recovers, but I'm 99% sure he will be out all summer.
Def j trolling but I think it’s funny how Colin is at an in between. But it’s funny to me like Colin adores Nico and is brothers with Aaron. It was probably best he left a year earlier cuz I can’t imagine all the other drama that would ensue. Colin and Aaron are like opposites looks wise and personality wise 😂😂
