Let's take this to its logical conclusion. Why not put all biological males and biological females together in races? Can't you just see Irene Riggs taking on Simeon Birnbaum? It'd be an epic back-n-forth 3200 race. What's holding race organizers back from making this happen?
That's inaccurate. There are few who directly claim that all differences are socially constructed. Also, the sex/gender distinction was popularized by Simone de Beauvoir in the Second Sex (1949).
Why would 4:10 and 9:00 guys want to forgo scholarships in order to run in the girls division? That makes no sense.
?
why would they forego scholarships?
They wouldn’t be eligible to run as a female in college until they completed a year of hormone treatments. No coach would offer a scholarship under that scenario.
Critical theorists are essentially just deconstructionist whack jobs. They seek to pervert, undermine, corrupt, contaminate, and of course, deconstruct the social paradigm in global societies.
I'm agnostic, but my theory is that the concept of Satan and evil as it is framed in many different religions is more of a warning to us all from the wise ones of the past that these degenerate scum that live amongst us are to watched out for. They serve as the literary inspiration for Satan, Hell, and evil which serve as a warning.
I had to quote this because it is so confused. Critical theory refers to the Frankfurt School critical theorists of the 1920s-1960s. They predate postmodernism and the two sides are at odds. The critical theorists combine Kant, Hegel, Marx, and Freud, with a bit of Nietzsche sometimes, and have nothing to do with gender or racial accounts, of which they say little or nothing. The postmodernists, who were French, not German, date from 1968 on (though active earlier, that is the conventional start-date) and the most famous were Deleuze, Foucault, and Derrida. Add on some figures who became prominent later like Lyotard and Baudrillard. They too had little or nothing to say about race or gender.

It may help to cut down barriers and stereotypes. Perhaps put an end to discrimination
then why even bother with the sectionals? all that ended up happening was two other girls who would’ve been at state sat at home while they no showed
Up until sectionals there wasn’t much of a reaction. Once they qualified, it became ugly, and like I said in a previous post, I doubt we’ll see them next year.

Look at swimming.
Hell, look at adult cycling-in the past few weeks more than one female podium spot was occupied by a trans woman.
I wouldn't be so sure that we won't see them again.

They wanted to be seen, they were seen.
Made their statement. They came for the girls spots and took them. And wasted them.
This is the problem. In a nutshell.
No pun intended.
I think they didn't realize how much opposition there was against their presence.
For whatever reason they felt it was perfectly fine what they were doing, that their advantages weren't unfair. It was totally above board, and anyone who felt differently was a bigot.
They were confronted with the full force of opposition, who is now much louder and doesn't care about being called a TERF or a transphobe or whatever. it's a shame that it happened to kids, but TRAs have done a poor job protecting them and educating them or even understanding why the opposition feels the way that it does. All they do is scream TERF! TERF!
Just doesn't work anymore. And it's only going to get louder.

A HS state meet draws far more attention than a cycling event and being an adult makes a huge difference. Thomas seemed to actually enjoy being a villain.
