The start of my running journey.
So I’m 20 year old male who’s just started running, I ran a 5km a couple weeks ago to see where I’m starting at and I ran 23:27 max effort. I have basically no experience in running and haven’t done much cardio for years.
I’ve been for 3-4 5km jogs last few weeks and did another time 5k time trial a day ago and ran 22:36 on the same route.
I’ve been curious if I could get a sub 20 in 2-3 months by around September? And then how long should I expect to break 18 and then maybe 16 if possible? And how I should train to do this?
