I'm 60 years old. My testosterone is "normal" for a 60 year old. It's supposed to be lower than a 20 year old. I can train hard day after day. My recovery is excellent because I know what I'm doing. TRT would be completely wrong for me.

You can do a long bike ride with lots of hills.
There's lots of ways to train that you have probably never tried. I also spend hours cutting wood by hand. That's a good general fitness builder, in between the running and biking I do.
you’re older than dirt and you old guys look funny trying to shuffle. Nobody cares what you look like so give it up. Go to Lowe’s and buy plants or whatever old grumpy men do. Doubt you can get it up anymore, that’s why I traded in my husband for a younger buff guy that can pound me.
