I'm trying to run a BQ in a few months, so pulling out all of the stops. I'm probably going to get a pair of Alphafly Next%. Any tips on how much to run in them before the race and what types of runs to break them in on. I was thinking of getting 6-8 workouts.... mostly tempo/stamina, marathon pace, or fast finish long runs. Maybe shoot to get 60-75 miles in before the race?
