haven't been checking the thread much anymore because Seth's videos have become a complete snoozefest. I was watching another YouTuber, circled back to Seth and the contrast helps you realise it's just a guy who doesn't race or train, rambling to himself about nothing topics, following a very basic video layout which is very stale
But some observations:
1) Seth's 37K run was almost entirely downhill, between that and the new Next%'s, that's a much slower run than it looks
2) Seth mentioned he's "nearly 38"? I had no idea dude was that young, I thought he was at least 5 years older
3) Still looking homeless in his ancient college shorts that are falling apart. He mentioned about the looks he gets at the gym, but I imagine it's the same out running anywhere - he embodies the notion of 'all the gear but no idea'.... headtorch, cap, sunglasses, headphones, phone, compression socks, K-tape, drone, flapping necklace, go-pro in hand..... and that's for runs around the neighbourhood and not up the mountains.
4) Hell of a mileage jump on strava, we all know what that means soon....
5) "it's nice to sweat, I dont sweat that much in the winter" - yeah that'll happen if you do no workouts and run at 15"/Mile every time
Seth, stop driving to a football field just to do stretches etc, use your back garden ffs.
