Coaches,
Had a meeting with my AD this morning and he asked me to outline what my assistant coaches and myself do on a day-to-day basis, as well as how large tasks (recruiting, travel, compliance, coaching, etc.) are broken up by staff member. Got me thinking how other programs divide their tasks up to be efficient. As of today, this us how ours looks:
Head Coach (both Men and Women) - coaches all events minus distance and sets meet schedule
Assistant (both Men and Women) - coaches distance, handles all recruiting, all travel, all compliance
Assistant (technically just Women, but helps with both when needed) - helps with travel, handles almost all fundraising
Two part-time assistants - various tasks (only paid $5000 for the year, so not expected to be here all day)
